The Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project is an innovative initiative funded by HUD to end youth homelessness. Madison/County has been awarded 2.5 million dollars to end youth homelessness within our own community. This project will bring the community together and combine efforts to ensure system-wide changes and a foundation to drive the mission of ending youth homelessness into action.
