YHDP Funded Programs
In order to bring the plan to life, the YAB had to select Agencies that would implement these programs!
The YAB identified agencies that they wanted to work with based on their strengths, perspectives, community partnerships, collaborative styles, and areas of expertise when working with targeted demographics and in offering services related to YHDP.
Once we met each of these organizations, we knew that each of them brough something different and critical to our partnership!
Urban Triage, Inc. is on a mission to empower Black families while mobilizing community resources and distributing them to those most in need.
Outreach’s mission is a commitment to equity and quality of life for all LGBTQ+ people through community building, health and human services, and economic, social, and racial justice advocacy.
